I haven't seen the show but have seen the movie with Anne Hathaway...why would they do that to us?

I didn't know there was a movie version! I don't think I could watch it knowing what I know now :'( I went into it thinking there would be a happy ending!

This one really left me empty and in shock for a while after I watched. I knew nothing before I started the show and was definitely no expecting the sad ending 😭

I remember being shook when I finished His Dark Materials when I always younger. It's one of the books I really want to read again.

More recently there are 3 things that come to my mind:

- The Last of Us part 2 game. I have not been able to truly enjoy a game again since I finished it 3 years ago. The ending still gives me lots of feelings.

- The Black Mirror San Junipero episode. It's a happy ending but it still broke my heart in a way

- Taylor Swift Era's tour show. I don't think I'll ever get the same experience again. It was a really really great experience.

The Last of Us seems so emotional! I didn’t get very far. Eras is an interesting one because the whole thing was so emotionally charged! Thanks for sharing :)

One Day for sure. Good Grief was also great. I recently got asked this question on a podcast and said the film that consistently makes me cry is “Beaches” and the scene at the end with Bette Midler and her best friend’s daughter as she tells her daughter about her mom, who has now passed
